Brilliance Level is High

Standard

I had this brilliant idea yesterday while I pondered words and stuff.

Nemo (from Finding Nemo, duh) is short for Anemone.

According to my Google search, no one else has figured this out already. They’re too obsessed with the Nemo “amnemonemomne” thing.

Nemo is a clownfish. Clownfish live in anemones. Nemo’s mom died because she was too far away from the anemone when the barracuda attacked.

And at that scene when Coral and Marlin are looking at the eggs and Coral says, “I kinda like the name Nemo” or something like that? Sorry I haven’t watched Finding Nemo since that time in Spanish last year, so bear with me. CORAL IS FORESHADOWING THE GREAT ANEMONE-LESS DEATH OF FINDING NEMO

And then Marlin names the last egg (which is Nemo) Nemo not only because Coral wanted his name to be Nemo, but also to remind him to stay in the anemone!

This is a crazy fan theory on Finding Nemo brought to you by Jonah. Seriously, this was how I arrived at the topic last night while I was trying to sleep:

(start) win -> (past tense) won -> (homophone) one -> (scrambled) eon -> (scrambled) neo -> (uh) aneo -> (neo is like nemo) anemo -> (finish the word) anemone

But THIS COULD BE TRUE AND THAT IS SERIOUSLY THE BEST PART
